For me, the following print settings are ignored on both the preview and real output:

* "General" tab, "Range" settings
* "Page setup" tab, "Paper" settings ("Margins" are o.k.)
* "Advanced" tab, "Ink" setting (see ticket #4035)

The fix for 4035, 'ink' setting, also fixes the 'paper' settings.

Fixed the page range issue in revision 24691, but introduced another small issue in that the first page isn't shown initially in the print preview window.
